Moving in Manhattan this Summer? This video by the Wall Street Journal is a MUST SEE!!

Guess what? Rents are at an all time high - average rent is $3429 according to this video from the Wall Street Journal.  Looking for a doorman 1 bedroom in Flatiron?  Expect to pay on average $3600+.  My favorite building in Flatiron, the highly coveter Caroline, last week had a few 1 bedrooms starting at $3795 (gulp!) and each one rented within 5 days.

If you are open on neighorhood, there are a few buildings that still offer incentives.  In some cases, you can still steal a brand new luxury 1 bedroom in a doorman building for under $2900 net, like this!
